2025 Valley Cup Information

Dear Team Managers,

We are thrilled to invite you to the 42nd Annual Valley Cup Women's Tournament, set for May 17th and 18th. This event is open to players aged 18 and above, and we invite you and your team to participate in the competition.

This event invites players 18 and older to join for an exciting competition.

Tournament Details:

  • Guaranteed Play: Each team is guaranteed four games.
  • Divisions: Open A/B/C/D, Over 30, Over 40, Over 50, Over 60, Over 65, Over 70.
  • Game Format:
    • Teams in Open A/B/C/D, Over 30, Over 40, Over 50 will play 11 v 11.
    • Over 60, Over 65, and Over 70 will compete in 8 v 8 matches.
  • Registration Fees:
    • $800 for Open A/B/C/D, Over 30, Over 40, Over 50 teams.
    • $575 for Over 60, Over 65, Over 70 teams.
  • Payment Options: Payments are made via check, Venmo, and credit card.
  • Early Bird Discount: Register by March 24 for a $50 discount.
  • Registration Deadline: April 27, 2025.
  • Roster Details:
    • Initial roster submission is required upon Registration, with the option to modify it until May 7. Rosters will freeze after this date.
    • Minimum roster: 11 players for 11 v 11 divisions; 8 for 8 v 8 divisions.
    • Maximum roster: 20 players for 11 v 11 divisions; 14 for 8 v 8 divisions.

U.S. Soccer is standing firm to protect referees and restore respect to the game. The updated policy includes stronger sanctions for any form of physical or non-physical abuse towards referees. We encourage every player and coach to learn what behaviors cross the line, so they can avoid penalties and help create a better culture for the future of soccer.
